The following outlines the General Data Protection Regulation Policy for HoffmannGastrock LLP (As of 25/5/2018)
Data General
All data collected and/or stored by HoffmannGastrock is done so for the sole purposes of HoffmannGastrock business, connecting professionals with potential employers. This will include, but is not limited to, contacting individuals to inquire about their career status, to inform individuals about career opportunities, to introduce individuals to potential employers and to organise interview processes.
No member of staff at HoffmannGastrock will share any personal data with a third party without the prior consent of an individual. This especially applies to the CV of an individual, their academic transcripts and written references but also includes name, address, email address and phone details.
Data Storage
Your data will be filed in email format in HoffmannGastrock mail accounts but will not be processed any further and not be entered into a database. Any documents received by HoffmannGastrock, in particular CVs, might be filed on workstations of individual members of staff. This is mainly for renaming documents, to occasionally allow key word searches and to be able to get in contact with regards to career matters at a later time. Personal data will not be used by HoffmannGastrock in any other way.
Some data - in particular phone numbers and email addresses - might be accessible to HoffmannGastrock staff via messages exchanged on professional networks like XING and LinkedIn. This data will be dealt with equal care by HoffmannGastrock staff as the data stored by the company itself.
No PC or workstation shall be left unmanned without a suitable password protected screen saver. All PCs and workstations should be closed and password protected overnight.
All staff should use only their own login to access PCs and not share their login details with others.
In order to show compliance to the General Data Protection Regulations all staff will carry out a training programme and will sign this policy to show they have read and understand their responsibility to personal data.
All staff have signed as part of their contract of employment a confidentiality clause.
Data Rights
An individual may at any time request the removal of their personal data by contacting info@hoffmanngastrock.com. An individual may at any time raise a concern by contacting info@hoffmanngastrock.com.
